We will advise you at the outset whether your case is suitable for Same Day Service.

Working in the UK
If you either want to come to the UK for work, or are already here and want to apply for permission to work, or have permission to work and want to apply to extend your stay in the UK for work, we have extensive experience of the routes to working visas through both European and UK immigration law.
The UK Immigration law routes to working visas includes Tiers 1, 2 & 5 of the Points Based System, non Points based routes which are less commonly used, and routes to work through the 2006 EEA Regulations.

Corporate services
Employers that want to employ workers from outside the EEA need to be licensed by the Home Office as sponsors, either under Tier 2 or 5 of the Points Based System.
Employers can be potentially liable for a financial penalty of up to £10,000.00 if they are found to be employing workers illegally for each worker that is unlawfully employed.
We have in depth knowledge of the Points Based System from an employer’s perspective and can navigate you through the ever changing and complex are of Immigration law. We have assisted small, medium and international businesses to obtain a Sponsorship licence under the Points Based System.

Study in the UK
If you either want to come to the UK to study, or are already here and either want to extend your stay as a student, or at the end of your studies switch into one of the routes to working visas, we can help you.
We have established a working relationship with a number of Universities in the North West, and regularly write and deliver seminars for International students at these Universities on a regular basis throughout the academic year.
We also regularly attend University Graduate Fairs on a regular basis to advise both international students and employers on working visas.

European law
If you are a European national, or the family member of a European national, you need to be sure that you can bring yourself within the EEA Regulations in one of five ways set out in those regulations, as either a jobseeker, worker, self employed, self sufficient or a student.
Whilst in many cases these applications can be straightforward, in our experience some applications are more complicated than they appear and require more detailed preparation and research in order to achieve a successful outcome.

British nationality
British nationality law is one of the most complex of all areas of Immigration law in part due to our historical connections with other countries, which means that there are in fact six different types of nationality, a little known fact for members of the public.
Not only this, there are different ways to become British; through Registration, Naturalisation, or through Entitlement.
We can help you establish your route to British nationality and make sure that you meet all of the qualifying criteria.

Family settlement
This area includes spouses, unmarried and civil partners. Adult dependent relatives, children, siblings, aunts and uncles.
Each of the different categories have their own set of Immigration rules, all complex and some of them harder to meet the requirements of the Immigration rules.
We can help you to prepare an application and take you through all the different types of evidence you need so as to put you in the best possible position for an application to succeed.
